Low Carbon Planning

At the recent Transition Loughborough open public meeting I met a lady named Caroline who is in group running a series of workshops around the Midlands on “low carbon planning”.
I know some other folks at the meeting were interested in both the effects that local council planning permission can have on eco-friendly/low carbon buildings and sustainable transport, so we thought folk might be interested in attending.

The nearest event to Loughborough is being held at DeMontfort University in Leicester on Saturday 29th October 2011 between 9.30am and 5.30pm.

For more information, see their flyer that I’ve uploaded to this website. Note that you’ll need to pre-book a place, so get in quick whilst there’s still some available!
